With this, BMW rechristened the 335i the 340i. The ZF eight-speed gearbox received revised tuning, while the six-speed manual on the 340i gets a dual-mass flywheel for smoother gear changes. After 5 months of owning my BMW 335i (E90) I have noticed several differences between it and my previous 2009 BMW 335i. The cars a much more different than y In Edmunds performance testing, a manual-equipped 328i sedan covered zero to 60 in 5.9 seconds, while an automatic 328i M Sport did it in 5.4 seconds -- in both cases, quicker than any of the car As previous owner of both the E90 328i and 335i, I discuss the differences in the driving dynamics between the two cars. In this video, I mistakenly referred
I owned the 328i F30 for 4 months and then moved to the 335i (for other reasons). Both cars are great. The 328i's power is smooth and steady, but it lacks that "biting at the bit, raring to go" feeling you get with the 335i torque monster. I found that I stayed more relaxed in the 328i.
By now, I’m VERY familiar with the two machines. I don’t know why TTAC’s comparison was between the 324-hp G37 and a 328 that gives up about 100 hp. The G37 will eat the 328 for lunch. The real comparison is between the G37 and the 335. From the outside, both cars look great, with the Infiniti wearing sleeker duds.
Jul 27, 2008. For the 2009 model year, BMW has refreshed its 3 Series lineup. The 328i and 335i (not to mention the upcoming diesel 3 Series) receive a number of subtle styling updates that, upon

The factory quotes a 0-60 mph time of 6.0 seconds—one tenth slower than the new 328i. That means the new F30-chassis 328i is not only more efficient than the old diesel hotrod, it's faster, too

I've narrowed my search down to the 328i and 330i models. I'm test driving the 328i pictured in this post on Saturday. It's a 2016, 18K miles, priced $26.5K, SULEV engine. It has all the packages (M Sport, Driving Assistance/Plus, Premium, Technology, Cold Weather) as well as Harman Kardon sound system and premium wheels (?). yV0TwwS.
